The Auto Parts Division primarily deals in the sale, distribution and marketing of replacement parts and supplies as well as quality maintenance products and accessories for cars and light trucks. The Division’s 8 distribution centres, strategically located to supply all Canadian provinces and territories, serve nearly 600 NAPA Auto Parts stores and 8 CMAX stores. Thirty percent of these stores are corporate stores and 70% are associates.

These stores offer a complete range of well-known brand-name products and private brands marketed by UAP to a clientele made of garage, repair shop and body shop owners, vehicle fleet managers and consumers who perform their own vehicle maintenance.

The Auto Parts Division also offers owners of independent repair centres five banners under which to work—NAPA AUTOPRO, AUTOPRO Collision, NAPA AutoCare, NAPA Rewards and NAPA Certified Bodyshop — which help increase brand awareness, and visibility of NAPA product lines.
