Leader in the distribution of parts for cars and heavy vehicles

Alain Masse leads all UAP activities across Canada, including the Auto Parts and Heavy Vehicles divisions and all corporate functions. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from HEC Montréal. Before taking on his current position as president, he led UAP's Heavy Vehicles and NAPA Canada divisions as executive vice president. Prior to joining UAP, Alain held the position of president and general manager at Cantrex.

Frank Pipito leads UAP's Finance team and has overall responsibility for the IT, administration, and strategic planning and development groups. He is a CPA with more than 30 years of experience in finance and management. Prior to joining UAP in 1991, Frank worked for Deloitte & Touche in auditing and management consulting. He has held several positions within the finance team.

Alain Primeau leads all activities and growth opportunities for the Heavy-Duty Vehicle Parts Division in Canada. He joined the UAP team in 2003 as Traction Sales Manager for Eastern Canada and was later assigned the role of Major Account Manager for NAPA Auto Parts. He then became Vice President of NAPA/CMAX and Vice President of NAPA Quebec and remained in these positions until 2022. Previously, Alain worked in the field hockey, apparel and office products industries. Alain is a volunteer with the Fondation Santé Urbaine and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Pointe-à-Callière Museum.

Caroline Tremblay leads all human resources activities across Canada. She joined UAP in 2018, bringing almost 20 years of experience in human resources and change management to the table. Throughout her career, she has held HR management positions at the corporate level and at several Cascades plants in Canada and the United States, where she has played a key role in many large‑scale projects.
