UAP continually monitors the developments of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, with the health and safety of its customers and partners as a top priority.

UAP continually monitors the developments of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, with the health and safety of its customers and partners as a top priority.

UAP has activated its business continuity plan, which includes monitoring and following guidance from the Public Health Agency of Canada, the World Health Organization (WHO), the federal and provincial governments, and other local and national health organizations.

Rest assured that we are monitoring this situation closely and are taking proactive steps to raise hygiene standards in our offices, stores, and distribution centres while continuing to provide you with the parts, supplies, and service you need during this difficult time.

Our stores and service centres are currently open and maintaining normal operations. Our personnel is taking additional precautionary measures to ensure the cleanliness of each facility. We are providing all our employees with the latest information and training available to properly address potential coronavirus issues. We also remain focused on the continued effectiveness of our supply chain to ensure our stores are fully stocked with daily service from our distribution centres.

Our thoughts go out to all who are affected by this unprecedented event. We truly appreciate the government officials and all our health care professionals who are working tirelessly to minimize the impact of this outbreak.
